IIOT Event Management is made by Paul Graham ("I", "me"). This policy explains how the app handles information.
Your tenant credentials
The client ID and secret you enter are stored securely on your device and are used only to request access tokens from your own Insights Hub tenant. They are never sent to me.
Your event and case data
The app talks directly from your device to your tenant's APIs. Event, asset, case and user information is shown in the app and may be cached on your device to make it faster. It does not pass through any server of mine, and I can't see it. Your organisation's use of Insights Hub is covered by your agreement with Siemens.
Advertising (free version)
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and information about ad interactions to show and measure ads. If you haven't allowed tracking under iOS App Tracking Transparency, ads are non-personalised. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Paid plans remove ads.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple. I don't receive your payment details.
Analytics and crash reports
If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers, Apple may give me anonymous crash reports and usage statistics.
Children
The app is a professional tool and isn't aimed at children.
Your rights
I don't hold personal data about you through the app. Deleting the app removes the stored credentials and cached data. For questions about your rights under UK data protection law, email me.

Updates to this policy will be posted here with a new date.
